Sparkling Mint Ginseng Tea

Ingredients
  • 1 packet KGC Pure Ginseng Premium 
  • 4oz Water
  • 6oz Sparking San Pellegrino Aranciata (orange flavor sparking water)
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint Syrup*
  • 6 Fresh Mint Leaves 
  • Thinly Sliced Orange

Sparkling Mint Ginseng Tea

  1. Dissolve 1 packet KGC Pure Ginseng Premium with 4oz Water.  
  2. Mix with 6oz sparkling water, 2 tablespoons mint syrup*, and 4 fresh mint leaves.   
  3. Pour into 16oz glass and fill with ice.  
  4. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

* Mint Syrup

  • ½ cup Sugar 
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 oz Fresh Mint Leaves
  1. Add sugar and water to sauce pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat, string and swirling the pan to dissolve the sugar.  
  2. Once sugar is dissolved let simmer for 2 minutes without stirring.  
  3. Remove from heat and add mint to hot syrup.  
  4. Let mint infuse in syrup for a least 2 hours. 
  5. Strain mint from syrup.  
  6. Chill and refrigerate.
